Send a copyright notice
If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for its owner, and believe material on IATPM infringes it, send our agent a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work. For multiple works on this site, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material to remove or disable, with exact URLs and enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact details, including a mailing address, telephone number, and email address if available.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Consider fair use and other legal exceptions before sending a notice. No account or fee is required. Email or post your notice to the agent above; a telephone call alone is not a written notice.
We will act expeditiously on valid notices to remove or disable access to the identified material. For material submitted by a user, we will take reasonable steps to promptly notify that user. We may request missing information if a notice is incomplete.
Send a counter-notice
If material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a written counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, consent to any judicial district where Unbounded Solutions LLC may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will promptly send a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we will restore access in 10 business days. We will restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the user’s infringing activity relating to that material.
Repeat infringement
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used to identify or protect copyrighted works, as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
Notice information & misuse
We may share notices, counter-notices, and their contact details with the people involved and our advisers as needed to handle the claim or meet legal obligations. Counter-notices are forwarded to the original complainant. We retain relevant correspondence for handling disputes and legal requirements. See our Privacy policy.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can result in liability for damages, costs, and legal fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
