    One climb

    1 Release2 Fly3 Catch
Release while swinging, fly upward, then catch the next squid.

While Pizza Man swings from a squid, release as the bread U points upward. Fly near the next squid to catch it automatically. Watch the marked lane: an oven falls after its warning. Release again to climb higher.

    Endings and score

Landing on the street ends the run. You can also pause and choose Finish & save run. Either way, the highest point is your score. There is no gameplay time limit. Each confirmed checkpoint renews the ranked inactivity lease. Your last confirmed climb can be resumed in this browser for up to 30 days after its last checkpoint, subject to storage limits.

Ranked play starts when the session service is available and can save a positive score to the shared leaderboard. Practice play is available when it is unavailable and keeps only a device record. Pause or switch tabs to freeze play; return and choose Keep climbing. Closing Help leaves play paused. If you return after a long pause, Start climbing restores the last confirmed checkpoint. Continue climbing or finish and save. Progress after the last confirmed checkpoint may need to be replayed. An unsaved climb may be removed earlier if storage is full. Use Discard run & start fresh while paused, or Discard & climb again after a result, to leave an unsaved run behind. Save a positive score first if you want it on the board.

    Advanced rules

Bread stretches and wears with use; its strength and length change your swing. A squid's grip tires while it holds you and may let go. An exhausted squid can no longer catch you. Oven warning marks its lane before it drops; a hit knocks Pizza Man loose, but another squid can catch him.
