All three throws add to your distance. Watch the wind and cross beach toppings low to collect them: mushrooms add bounce, pepperoni adds speed. Headfirst landings dig in, tentacles slide and rounded sides roll.

THE SEASIDE SPECIAL

A little timing.
A lot of airtime.

The Pizza Man has a pizza peel, and the squid has somewhere very far away to be. You have three throws per round. All three distances add up to your round total—even a missed throw counts as zero.

Hit the beach to start fullscreen on your phone. Or choose FULL SCREEN first. BACK pauses your throw; FULL SCREEN brings you back.

Tap the beach to play.

First tap: drop the squid.

Second tap: swing the pizza peel.

Meet the squid at the dashed strike line for a strong, balanced flight. Hit it low to send it higher, or high for a flatter launch. Too early or too late, and you might miss.

Watch the wind: a tailwind helps carry the squid forward; a headwind pushes back. Gusts change during flight, and every throw brings fresh conditions.

Catch a topping: mushroom caps bounce you upward, and oily pepperoni adds forward speed. Cross a topping low to collect it. Each topping works once, with a fresh layout on the next throw.

Watch the landing: the triangular squid spins as it flies. Its pointed head digs into the sand and slows it down, its tentacles keep their forward momentum and slide across the sand, and its rounded sides roll. Hard vertical tentacle landings can still bounce before sliding. Landing orientation affects your distance, right through the final tumble.

Wait for the squid to settle and your distance to appear, then try the next throw. After all three throws, enter your arcade name to save your total on the Squid Sling leaderboard. Your country flag appears alongside your name, just like Crust Panic. Tap any total on the board to see its three individual throws and that player’s all-time personal bests. Registered players can place their best three rounds on the board; guests keep one best round per nickname. Every saved round still counts toward personal records. Your best round total also stays on this device.
